Hot Sauce:  This highly addictive hot sauce is crafted so that even the most sensitive palettes can still enjoy it while hot sauce aficionados sprinkle a few drops with every bite.  This translates to greater sales and repeat buyers.  We start with a classic Louisiana style hot sauce and mellow it out with onions, garlic and other herbs and spices, tying them all together with the sweet smokiness of chipotle peppers in adobo.  The resulting sauce clings wonderfully to food with each pleasing bite.
